Phospho site prediction
WebApr 12, 2024 · Protein phosphorylation is one of the most critical post-translational modifications of proteins in eukaryotes, which is essential for a variety of biological processes. Plenty of attempts have been made to improve the performance of computational predictors for phosphorylation site prediction. WebMay 24, 2024 · However, phosphorylation prediction remains limited, owing to substrate specificity, performance, and the diversity of its features. In the present study we propose machine-learning-based predictors that use the physicochemical, sequence, structural, and functional information of proteins to classify S/T/Y phosphorylation sites.
