WebModel Space is 100% meant to be drawn at 1:1 and Paper Space is meant to be scaled. Doesn't matter if you are doing 2D or 3D. That is why they both exist. A Model is supposed to be an EXACT replica of the 'real world' a.k.a 1:1, hence Model Space. Paper Space is exactly that! Space on a piece of paper.
