WebFeb 14, 2024 · Since upgrading to WIndows 10 back in December, my USB DVD drive is not recognized. It doesn't show up anywhere (Device manager, etc.) and it doesn't turn on. I've tried a few fixes, including the registry edit, to no avail. The Dell site did not have anything. Any ideas? Thanks!
