Chrysler 300 loses power while driving

WebJul 23, 2012 · This occurred as I was driving and the power just went out. Sometimes the dash also went out. The mechanics have replaced the shifting sensor, but are now at a loss. They think it has to do with overheating. This happens after I drive about 30 minutes. Sometimes it will restart and I can drive it. Any help would really be appreciated.
